Along with planning permission drawings, which grant permission based on how a project looks and affects your neighbours, any project requiring construction work will require Building Regulation approval also. This type of permission ensures your project is built to the correct and legal standards. This is often the most involved stage as the drawings produced here can also be used by your builders to quote and work from.
We can produce these drawings to ensure you are granted Building regulation approval, along with having a working set of drawings for your builder to give you a firm quote.
We will do all the liason with the Building control to ensure a smooth approval process.
