Whilst every Architectural company would be proud to say they designed the next London Landmark building, we have our feet (and fees) firmly on the ground and know what we do best.
As such we specialise in small works, including commercial works up to £5M and all types of Domestic works.
Our strongest areas of expertise are Domestic clients needing clear and honest advice from day one with direction on how to progress a project such as a kitchen extension or loft conversion, someone to discuss their ideas, create architectural and building plans of their project and guide them through the planning or building regulation application process. We have many happy clients from all over the Uk who have been delighted with our service.
We also have an increasing number of Industry professionals requiring an Architectural service to supplement their own professional services. Whether this be a Building Surveyor, Structural engineer, Contractor, or even an overstretched Architects Practise, they need someone quickly, who can take hold of a brief and deliver their requirements in a professional and efficient manner, all to timescales as dictated by the client
Our location
Based in Beautiful Northumberland, just north of Newcastle Upon Tyne, our local areas are Tyne & Wear, North Yorkshire, Cumbria and Northumberland. However, we can also cover the whole of the UK and can work remotely from the client if survey information is provided to us, or we can arrange to carry out surveys ourselves, all to the client’s preference. We currently have projects spanning the full length of the UK from Sussex, London City, Milton Keynes, Newcastle, Alnwick and Scotland!
